Research Interests:

- Post-Second World War/early Cold War economic and financial reconstruction policy, in particular the Marshall Plan (European Recovery Program) and its antecedents in light of the North Atlantic Triangle (US, UK, and Canada). I am especially interested in the linkages between the domestic and international aspects of these policies.

- US-European foreign relations/diplomatic history (post-1945), in particular Britain, France, and Germany.

- Cold War history, especially cultural and international aspects.

- Formation of the European Union, Marshall Plan, and the Truman Doctrine.
