About me:
Hi ! I am a PhD student in Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering at University of California, Santa Barbara. Before coming here in fall 2005, I have graduated with my Bachelor of Technology degree in Department of Electrical Engineering from Indian Institute of Technology Kanpur and have worked for about an year in Neomagic Semiconductor India Pvt. Ltd., Noida. I will update this website with a little more details soon.

Research
My primary research interests are in the fields of Physics and Modeling of Semiconductor Devices. I am working in Nanoelectronics Group at UCSB under Dr. Kaustav Banerjee on modeling and analysis of emerging nanoelectronic devices for possible applications in VLSI design.
